Campus Protocol Advising
IPS provides guidance and assistance to campus units on interacting with both domestic and international dignitaries and other distinguished guest.
Consuls General Program
As part of its diplomatic engagement initiative, IPS coordinates one-day campus visits for Consuls General serving in Chicago. IPS strives to encourage new programmatic connections for these consulates and campus units. For more information, contact int-eng-prot@illinois.edu.
Equipment Loan
The Protocol Office can provide units with protocol equipment such as flags, flag poles or national anthems at no cost. Requests can be made by phone at (217) 333-8063 or by email at int-eng-prot@illinois.edu.
International Information and Speakers Service
